  • Oversee many other catering events such as buffets and dropoffs

  • One of eight interns to participate in Eat'n Park's annual Management Residency Program.
  • On a two week rotation with each position inside of the restaurant
  • Required to conduct a marketing research project to better help the restaurant
  • Attend monthly educational sessions at the Eat'n Park headquarters in Homestead, PA

  • Worked on the service line in the kitchen of a nursing home
  • Trained new employees on how to properly and efficiently run a service line
  • Also trained new employees on how to safely run a dishroom
  • Filled in as prep cook when the normal prep cook was off or sick
