Support multiple I-Series nationwide software hardware and communications. Support Help Desk with 1ST 2nd and 3RD level support. Software installs and upgrades. Have focused on effective system performance system communications and operational components of the application and ways to improve the processing. Assisted the organizational staff and senior IT/IS management in devising and designing computer system requirements and procedures. Assist in the development of cost and benefit estimates to establish project value, including alternate recommendations for new systems. Coordinate activities of project activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and keep management, clients and others informed of project status. Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle. Disaster Recovery analysys, design and testing. Select hardware and software to service company needs and requirements. Maintain relationships within company and outside vendors.
