I prefer to call myself a parking professional as opposed to any other title because I am willing and able

to do any job in the parking industry. I take a lot of pride in the properties I am involved with, and get

great satisfaction from being a part of their success. I am an expert in regards to operating Federal APD

(3M), TIBA, SMS Valet, and their various reporting systems. I am also profcient with common programs

such Word, Excel, Illustrator and Outlook.
