Catering Supervisor

Assembly Festival
Catering Supervisor Overseeing the operation of a Thai street-food concession stall. Had to organize stock and ensure we never ran out of ingredients by regularly stock taking, making order lists and preparing food. Delegated tasks to other staff depending on their suitability to each station in the production process. Made quick decisions in a fast-paced environment when things went wrong or our stall was particularly busy. Interacted with staff and customers as to what improvements could be made to the deliver a better service. One of my suggestions to increase the number of staff at' peak' hours led to our stall breaking the previous years record amount of covers by 100 sales as well as delivering customers their food faster, increasing satisfaction.
