  • Company evolved from small mobile home brokerage into a Retail Sales Center, opening in Pell City, AL in 2001 and specialized in sales of new & used manufactured homes as well as bank foreclosures which were sold on consignment from various local & national lenders
  • As CEO of the company, I was responsible for overseeing all day to day operations of business including sales, finance & service staff     
  • Worked with several home lenders’ re-marketing departments in the removal of their Home-Only foreclosures from the original customer's site, pulling the home to my sales center, refurbishing the home to nearly new condition and then handled the sale and financing of each foreclosed home, thus liquidating it from the lender's books.
  • Top Land/Home Sales producer in 2003 & 2004 for two manufactured home lending institutions. 
  • Over 100 total homes sold in 2002, 2003 & 2004 (included the sale of new, used, foreclosures and land/home packages

After almost two decades of success in sales and customer service and after spending the last three years in business for myself, I seek to find a position for a company that can fully utilize the skills that I bring to the table and make good use of the successful experience that I've earned in various industries that focus on both sales and customer service as well as take maximum advantage of the experience I have in banking, marketing, recruiting and even the success earned as an owner of two thriving businesses, both in the housing industry.
