As a Mac Specialist I was part of a team that pioneers the retail revolution and establishes the Apple Store's reputation for superior customer service. As a Mac Specialist I continued to fuel Apple's retail success. I was at the core of a customers experience at the Apple Store. I provided complete sales solutions for every customer. I had to think quickly on my feet in order to translate techno-speak into laymans terms. I protected assets through loss prevention awareness. I was also part of the business team helping the Apple business consultant accomplish goals, strategize sales opportunities, and manage accounts through long term sales relationships. With my product knowledge and relationship sales skills, I was a customer favorite and built an alliance of loyalty and trust. I helped organize and maintain all client contact and purchase information. I helped develop strategies for reaching out to new local businesses. I also recorded and tracked my (extremely) successful business sales.My job at the Apple Store was a chance to use my hands and heart. To use my knowledge and experience.
