  • Installation Initiative:  Rescued a troubled $3M project that involved a medical facility that had been under previous construction and was assumed by HealthSouth. Results: Got project back on track within 3 weeks by creating a project backlog plan, reduced inefficiencies and the time needed to deliver the project 5 percent below budget.
  • Software Upgrade:  Managed team of 6 through all phases of a $1.2M upgrade of all nurse  call software for Simplex-Grinnell system in our territory. Results:  Achieved a seamless, defect-free migration with no risk of HIPPA violations at $50K below budget without any unscheduled downtime, due to careful planning and strategic resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance Lead:  Assembled 4 teams of 3 that involved vigorous testing HUGS infant abduction systems due to a manufacturing defect. Results:  Delivered project 2 months ahead of schedule that in turn gave the manufacturer a realistic approach to replaced defected inventory.
