·Responsible for the installation of new hardware/software/remarked services for customers as well as proactive tools
·Troubleshoot problems with hardware/software/remarketed services and properly document services delivered in the ticketing/billing system
·Document network changes in company knowledge bases and tracking systems
·Provide proactive services to maintain customers systems in a secure, reliable and optimized state
·Work both on-site and remotely, providing a comfortable and convenient support environment for the customer
·Provide support to end users and assist in training of staff.
