Collects and prepares materials for referrals to contractors and other community providers. Completes all required documents to open, review, transfer and close social service cases. Assist Social Workers in gathering information to complete the following tasks: due diligence reports, obtain SS cards and birth certificates, client service agreements, case file management, filing CINC petitions, and collaboration with community agencies. Utilizes computer information systems, including KAECSES and FACTS, inquire about open service cases for investigations and referrals. Assures that all management information systems are implemented and maintained accurately and timely. Completes special projects as needed that may include but not limited to out of office tasks to court activities, visits with children, families, and relative/kinships supports, and ICPC home visits. Utilizing information systems, including FACTS, to maintain or inquire about case related information. Review and verify information in accordance with the policy and procedures of the agency. View, enter and update data in the information systems within required time frames. Enter accurate information into the FACTS data collection system for custody and non custody family service, family preservation, reintegration, and adoption service programs.
