Summary

An alumnus of the University of Kansas, Mr. Weston Hyter has built a solid career as a business professional since obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As an undergraduate, Weston Hyter consistently demonstrated the tenacity and drive that has come to be a hallmark of his career. To this end, Weston Hyter pursued a variety of scholarship and professional opportunities to finance 100% of his education. Weston Hyter also served as President of Phi Gamma Delta, where he took a leading role in coordinating a variety of academic and extracurricular activities. Upon graduation, Weston Hyter commenced his career as an Account Executive for Lockton Company, a U.S. commercial insurance brokerage. In this position, Weston Hyter began to hone his skills in account management, working with Fortune 500 clients across a range of sectors. Weston Hyter went on to take a position at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led sales initiatives for E.Conomy, a company within the firm. Weston Hyter utilized the firm’s partner network to discover new client prospects, while exceeding his sales quota. In 2001, Weston Hyter joined the Client Development team at LinkShare, in a role he held for six years. Serving as Director of Client Development, Weston Hyter set the bar high by migrating a number of the company’s most significant clients to an exclusive LinkShare platform. LinkShare, which was acquired by Rakuten in 2005, recognized Weston Hyter’s efforts by naming him Sales Professional of the Year and extending to him an invitation to the President’s Club. Six years after joining LinkShare, Weston Hyter accepted a position as Sales Director for PopularMedia. Specifically, Weston Hyter led sales on an advanced analytic solution designed to maximize the power of consumer-to-consumer social networks. Weston Hyter next took a position with Yahoo! as the company’s Account Director. In this role, Weston Hyter assumed responsibility for select clients within the Northwest region. Most recently, Weston Hyter served as the Strategic Account Executive for Marin Software. Weston Hyter is a member in good standing of the San Francisco Bay Area Interactive Group.
