- Partner with marketing, merchants, buyers, product management, UX, creative design, internal development and vendors to implement various initiatives for the Ralph Lauren global desktop and mobile sites. These initiatives include:
- Enhanced search of the Ralph Lauren desktop and mobile sites by implementing a new search engine and improved user experience. This translated to increased conversion and demand growth.
- Integration with our affiliate management vendor which resulted in a cost savings due to paying off the last touch channel.
- Redesigned header to improve site navigation and raise the visibility of the search feature which translated into increased conversion and growth in demand.
- Mentor and support new project managers to create a high functioning team that is adaptive to changing needs.
- Leverage knowledge of technology to drive innovative solutions and discussions with the project teams.
