As Account Director, I am responsible for leading strategic communications approaches, ensuring optimal performance and excellent client service.
I also develop exceptional internal and external relationships.
Working closely with our Project Manager on work flow management, is an important aspect in delivering ongoing high levels of client satisfaction and sustained profitability.
The role requires:
- The ability to move with speed and professionalism in response to all sales leads.
- Developing new sales opportunities and maintain key relationships, qualify and accurately forecast on business development opportunities.
- Identification and creation of solutions, negotiating contracts, closing sales and managing relationships during project lifecycles.
- The management and coordination of resources to meet our customer's investment objectives in coordination with our business lines.
- To work with other technology companies to partner for the development and sales of complex solutions.
- Anticipating and identifying complex business needs and recommend possible solutions.
- Working closely with the project manager to ensure an exceptional quality of work is maintained.
