TradeNet is one of the leading software companies in the field of financial markets order management systems in Gulf with more than 50 clients in the region. Key responsibilities •Project planning and scheduling. •Maintaining project documentation and deliverables and performing the Business Process requirement and Gap/Fit analysis sessions. •Leading system configuration and parameterizations efforts. •Training end users utilizing basic training materials offered by the Company. •Leading user acceptance testing and troubleshooting any problems related to system function as per agreed upon Business Requirements. •Providing end users with required business support during implantation period. •Managing customer expectations and maintaining an excellent relationship with the clients. •Managing issues, revises plan as necessary and communicates changes to the customer and upper management. •Reporting on project progress and status to the client and TradeNet management. •Attends all customer project status meetings and act as the primary contact for all customer communication. •Testing all deliverables before installing to customer. •Coordinating with development teams and customers while fixing issues raised by customers. Business experience •Equities, fixed income. •Risk management. •Margin Trading. •Brokerage Operations. •Asset and fund management and operations. •Extensive experience in Gulf financial markets trading rules and regulations with focus on Saudi market (Tadawul). Technical experience •FIX protocol (understanding and troubleshooting). •Oracle database, forms and reports concepts and development. Project categories •OMS and GL system implementation and configuration. •Integration with order routing systems (1 to 1 or through order routing networks like ROR and Bloomberg) using FIX protocol. •Integration with CRM systems. •Integration with asset management systems. •Integration with Core-Banking systems.
