Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of work orders for misses, appliance or e-waste pickup, starting new accounts, cancelling service. Assist customers with the website and setting up their account online for automatic payment, one time payment and paperless billing, etc.
Assist the Scale with breaks. Weighing customers in and out with commodities, yard waste, e-waste, rock, concrete, wood. Assist haulers with pick up of product/commodities. Assist drivers with weight tags for boxes and residential and commercial pickups.
Maintain and constantly update procedures and policies for all 4 desks.
