In 1994 my husband and I purchased and established our own chiropractic centre. Over the past four years we transitioned it into a multidisciplinary health and wellness centre. I have handled every possible position and task in the operations and function of the business during the past 13 plus years as well as maintain a small core group of private coaching clients.

With my educational background heavily concentrated in the arts, along with visual and verbal communications I have naturally gravitated towards a love of marketing and client relationship management.

After our initial meeting I jumped at an opportunity to support Karen within her business expansion as a Virtual Independent Professional for her organization. I easily transitioned my many numerous skills to work with and support the clients of West Coast Way Consulting Inc.

Noting a lack of professional training for Chiropractic Office Assistances I started my own consulting and coaching business exclusively for the Chiropractic profession in Canada. During this time I created training programs, lectured, and wrote for the national publication Canadian Chiropractor Journal. I authored an e-book called 7 Strategies for CA Success; Tools to grow your career as a Chiropractic Assistant.

During this time I was guest COA speaker for Brican Patient Media Systems where I hosted a monthly tele-class for two years exclusively for Chiropractors and their office teams across Canada and the United States.

I subsequently lectured at numerous Chiropractic seminars and conventions in Canada and the United States on the topics of patient relationship management and office system enhancement through the integrating of Internet Technology.
