Management includes daily service call loads, making sure loaners are scheduled for delivery, monitor and dispatch 16 technicians to resolve customer service needs. Manage all incoming communications and distribute accordingly. Assist service manager in all administrative duties and service department needs. Process payroll and expense reports. Bill out invoices and contact customers to collect on outstanding invoices. Process payments. Manage and maintain records of all employees’ time cards and time off requests. Identify, establish and implement new ways to help better and organize company's procedures. On-board new customers. Meet monthly service goal revenues. Generate and organize monthly reports. Backup to the supplies department and service manager. Calendar management includes tech meetings, training, interviews, company holiday events, and other similar activities. Travel arrangements (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) includes techs training, company functions, corporate banquets, etc.
