Summary

I worked at Siemens Limited Taiwan as a Service Engineer in the Medical    Department after I earned my Master Degree. I was responsible for Ultrasound, CT and Linear Accelerator’s hardware installation, maintenance, repair, parts sales & replacements, customer relationship, and contract coordination. This job enabled me to learn to work under pressures, embrace challenges, relate to customers, handle issues, and solve problems with little supervision.

With regards to my career planning, I worked at TUV Rheinland Taiwan as a Sales Rep. responsible for key account development and provide Key Account Annual Development Plan This job enabled me to enhance sales skills, ie : communication, negotiation and the business sensitivity.   

I have good communication skills and excellent customer relationship. I am able to handle issues and solve problems on my own when necessary. I am    a team player, and also an organized and efficient person.

1. Set  individual annual development plan.  Aiming  to  total  sales  revenue  increase,  including  target  figure  setting,  market  share  information,  promoting  new  or  existing  services  with  tailor  made  solution, relationship  management,  etc. 

2. Monitor  and  coordinate  cross  BL/Unit/Location  projects  and  prices  to  ensure  project  flow  and  act  as  a  central  contact  window  for  KA.
3. Maintain and enhance partnership with key account customers with the implementation of the joint business plan. 
4. Review key account performance on a quarterly basis and on an annual basis to agree forthcoming account plan. 
5. Provide accurate data and market information for sales forecasting.
