⦁ Single tech support of 600 seat call center serving 15 lines of business for 8 different clients, including but not limited to AT&T, United HealthCare and Colonial Penn.
⦁ Regional Lead responsibilities included new technician training, mentoring and ongoing support for 3 technicians located in Arizona and New Mexico.
⦁ General responsibilities included day to day break/fix, new project testing and deployment, technology refresh of entire site, SCCM, Active Directory and Symantec AV administration, local VLAN configuration and 24/7 outage response and trouble shooting.
⦁ Heavily involved with new site build and relocation within Wichita. Oversaw build out of new site technology infrastructure. During build out, I identified several design issues and worked to resolve where possible. Additionally, was solely responsible for transporting technology for 400+ seats from old location to new, setup and configuration of new site technology, rack mounting 24 switches, 3 servers and other server room devices. The entire build, setup and relocation was done in a 3 month period with 2 weeks for setup and relocation while still supporting the old site. This major project was completed on-time despite several set backs and delays.
