Setup and manage a brand new team of Lenovo Pre-Sales Technical Specialists who are responsible for fielding & resolving calls from Lenovo Sales force regarding Lenovo & competitor's product specifications & comparisons, features, benefits, and other product-related queries, primarily for Notebook & Desktop PCs and related peripherals.

Key Projects & Accomplishment-Successfully setup a brand new team from the ground up within the expected 2 months, including arranging for trainings, setting up the Key Performance Indicators and Scope of Work.-Under my leadership, we won the Asia Pacific Q3 Aspiration Award 6 months after starting our operations for the best performing team in Asia Pacific-In our first quarter, we supported more than 900 queries from regional sales team, assisted in over 75 tenders/bids with revenue over USD1.5M and hit 80% of our SLA within 24 hours.

Key Accomplishment-Spearheaded team’s growth from a newly-formed and small support team of 3 to a highly functional, streamlined, and high performance of 7 that have expanded their roles to Server-side support.-Received the Caring Manager Award for achieving high marks in Tell Dell Q2 & Q4 2005 Survey. Received Trust level of 89% and Overall Score of 87%. Tell Dell is a half-yearly employee survey for feedbacks on my management performance.-Lead my team to be in the Engaged Champion Quadrant for Q2’06 Tell Dell survey with a 95% Manager Score and 91% Culture Score.-Achieved team Service Level Agreement, Abandoned Rate and Resolved Rate goals for Q2-Q4-My team achieved the Best of Breed Award in terms of Repeat Dispatch Rate in the whole of Asia Pacific in the first half of 2006. This helps Dell to save cost by USD$100K for Q1-Q2.-Earned Dell Certified System Engineer (DCSE) and Master DCSE certification

Key Projects & Accomplishment-Received IT Site Recognition Award for coordinating mission-critical security projects within deadlines and budget. All these Intel worldwide projects protected Intel mfg plant from further downtime by viruses and security loopholes.-Received Division Recognition Award in recognition of my excellent execution of Managed Downtime Process and Factory impact that enabled the successful implementation of 276 automation Changes across the Asia Pacific factories with 100% success rate.-Received a Global IT Award as part of the Delta End-Of-Life program for my involvement in developing IT eRoom as the new Release Management tool for Intel worldwide factory sites.-Received Malaysia Site Special Recognition as Site Operation champion for Station Controller PC Recovery process which successfully reduces Station Controller PC Crisis by 75% while average weekly crisis indicators for Station Controller PC Crisis reduced by 43%.-Received Greater Asia Regional IT Recognition as an extended developer for eIDP, an online tool for IDP that is inline with our cost-saving effort and promote IDP as an important employee development tool.
