Ms. Bershen consults on Fundraising, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Program Development to domestic and international organizations. Clients include The Brooklyn Museum of Art, American Museum of the Moving Image, Joris Ivens  Foundation (Netherlands),   New  York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT), Temple University,  Goethe  Institute, NY, and  Southampton Historical Museum. Ms. Bershen has taught Arts Management for several years at t NYU and now offers the first graduate seminar at  CUNY/Baruch in the School of Public Affairs.

RED DIAPER PRODUCTIONS is a specialized marketing and programming company for arts, educational and cultural organizations with special expertise in working with film and video projects.

Documentary clients include: BLACKS & JEWS (1997), TREMBLING BEFORE G*D (2001), POWER TRIP (2003), SONYA (2006), AFGHAN WOMEN; A History of Struggle (2007).

Raised funds to re-structure, professionalize and expand department activities, hire new staff, generate collaborations with internal and external partners along with overseeing renovation of museum AV facilities 1991-93. Raised funds to launch  NY Jewish Film Festival, create new public programs, symposia, exhibitions; designed Goodkind Resource Center in exhibition galleries, prepared Strategic Plan, wrote Collections Policy and published new Catalog of Holdings

Developed new series/programs and collaborations  with organizations including  the Kitchen, Goethe House, NY, French Consulate, Channel 4 TV (London). Raised funds for new programming & marketing initiatives. leading to big increase in cable subscribers.
