Received, sort and distribute messages , maintain office filing and storage systems, serving customers, scan, fax and copy documents. Greet Public and clients and direct them to the correct staff members. Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member, type documents , reports and correspondence, co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings, retrieve information when requested and take and distribute accurate messages.
Works great with others , Good communication skills , computer skills such as typing, using software /applications include MS office word, excel, internet explore, etc.
