As an HR Professional my key role include employee relations, compensation and benefits, administration, and implementation of the HR policies. Making policies in the context of hiring, discipline making, employee termination, employee training, compensation & benefits, leaves, and other human resources issues. Preparing and maintaining accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records, personnel action forms, time sheets, contracts, and consultant agreements.  Organizing and working independently on multiple assigned projects and completing assignments. Compiling and analyzing complex information and develop solutions to complex issues. Recommending, developing, interpreting and clarifying personnel procedures and policies. Assisting & managing in recruitment & selection process, preparing job description and job advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates. Providing advice and support to supervisors and staff selection committees and ensures that they have accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions. Developing, implementing and managing a centralized recruiting process. My work also include supporting & organizing workshops & meetings i.e. IRENA, SAARC etc.
