Personally designed 2-year new stuff training projects and trained approximate one thousand staffs;
Developed the training of Lobby Service Etiquette through self-learning, passed related knowledge to lobby service staffs of all CMB branches in Beijing and launched the competition of new staff service etiquette

Date management: Processed all employee personnel information and managed personnel information systems (e.g. SAP, personnel files) and analyzed the structure of stuff.
Wrote HR reports: HR annual reports, headcount reports, training reports, and hiring reports etc.
Designed and maintained the Green Channel of HR office system, aiming to help staffs raise query on HR
Statistics and statement development of employees’ social securities benefits.
Drew up, Prepared and Managed employment contracts with staffs
Managed travelling issues and visiting procedures of the staffs who went abroad on business
