Walter Meade currently presides as Chief Executive Officer with Walter Strategic Innovation, a leading international digital marketing firm based in Tijuana, Mexico. Offering a range of premier business consulting services, Walter Strategic Innovation maintains profitable strategic relationships with corporations such as IBM, Google, and Microsoft. As CEO of the global agency, Walter Meade maintains a variety of responsibilities that include supervising international and domestic customer service, directing all strategic planning, and maintaining key government and professional relationships. He also oversees and coordinates the company's board of directors and ensures adherence to Walter Strategic Innovation's global business plan. Walter Meade holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Catholic University of Leuven (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) in Belgium. Attending the university between 1984 and 1986, Mr. Meade concentrated his scholarship on issues of national security and strategic planning, graduating Summa cum Laude. In 1979, Walter Meade engaged a Licenciado en Derecho through the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), a Jesuit university located in Guadalajara, Mexico. The Licenciado en Derecho, or Bachelor of Law, serves as Mexico's equivalent of the U.S. Juris Doctor. He subsequently completed his law degree in 1982, achieving an honorable mention for his professional Bachelor of Law examination. While attending ITESO, Mr. Meade also attended literature workshops with Juan José Arreola and participated with the university's Mountaineering Club. Beyond his academic degrees, Mr. Meade has continued to pursue ongoing educational work locally and abroad, covering geostrategy, intelligence, national security, defense, and psychological and unconventional operations. Regularly recognized for his professional accomplishments, Mr. Meade was honored in 2010 as Hispanic Today Magazine's second most successful franchiser in Latin America.
