  • Part of the 5 most experienced individuals selected for the global team, assigned to revert 2006 global delivery vehicle incident trend and assure improvement sustainability
  • Performed the 2006 global incidents analysis, procedural and behavioral failures classification, as well as preparing the improvement action plan

  • Developed Fleet strategy studies almost for all the countries in North, Center and South America, delivering Prize capture targets and implementation plan
  • Identified fuel delivery vehicles transportation efficiency opportunities, including optimization of Supply Chain total laid down cost, based on Logistics Best Practice implementation and use of computer models
  • During the 2 years in this position identified a 36 M$ prize, equivalent to 19% of total transportation cost

This cluster Fleet is composed by 350 third party and company own trucks, delivering to Retail, Industrial, Aviation and Bunkers customers, with an annual total freight cost of 45 M$.

  • Led fuel delivery vehicles operations for customers within the tributary area of 70 Terminals in 5 countries ( Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay ), based in Curitiba, Brazil, as a part of the Global Customer Service consolidation project
  • Conduct management considering a strong interface with local and global organizations, using 3 languages at the same time, including respect for cultural sensitivitie
  • Working with a team of 4 regional managers and a total staff of 25 admin and operational supervisors, managing the safety, operational and efficiency aspects of the operation
  • At the end of this period got a 26% cost reduction and a 35% improvement in safety performance

Managed ESSO Chile fuel delivery vehicles management, based in Chile, as a part of the ExxonMobil Global Customer Service order fulfillment project. A former Terminal operation, truck management was transfer to CS to capture the synergy of orders scheduling and truck management optimization under a single functional line and from a general interest perspective. Chile Fleet was delivering to Retail, Industrial, Aviation and Bunkers customers, with an annual total freight cost of 9 M$.
  • Led fuel delivery vehicles operations for customers in Chile, within the tributary area of 7 Terminals, as a part of the Regional Customer Service consolidation project
  • Worked with a team of 4 admin and operational supervisors, managing the safety, operational and efficiency aspects of the operation
  • At the end of this period got a 20% cost reduction and a 40% improvement in safety performance
