  • RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES.

 

        1. Planning: Drawing plans for daily activities in coordination with foremen's to get the job completed as per the planned activities with quality and on time.
        2.  
        3. Scheduling: for the allocation of technicians and helper for the required task on the site for the required activities on the basis of merit and task to get the task completed with the quality.
        4.  
        5. Site Co-ordination: Coordinating with other services contractor to get the work completed as per the prepared coordinated drawings, Shop drawings handed by the project engineer. Studying the drawing with respect to site condition and discussing the lop holes with the project engineer to eradicate it initially to get the work moved smoothly.

        7. Site Supervision: Supervising each and every activity on site for smooth flow of work, incase any difficulty is directly reported to project engineer to get it solved through proper channels. Preparing material status report on daily basis to get the idea for the material requirement on site.

        9. Motivation: involves motivating the staff and understanding their requirement and passing it to higher management for necessary steps.Design experience:                      - Distribution Board Design             - MV –Panel Calculation.                                          - Small power outlet distribution               - Cable to suite load

                 - follow up all material status regular with the store keepers and foremen

                   To avoid any material shortage to maintain the work rate as planned.
