·Responsible for recruiting technical (engineering, IT) and non-technical (accounting, finance, marketing, administrative) candidates for national corporate clients and mid-size companies. Majority of recruiting time was dedicated to the Dell Computers account through Staff Management.
·Utilized proven recruiting methods such as referrals, networking groups, candidate database (social networking websites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, ZoomInfo etc.) and internet job boards as methods to successfully procure candidates.
·Sourced, screened, interviewed and evaluated candidates via phone and face to face interviews.
·Established control, created rapport and built relationships with consultants and clients.
