Security:

Be responsible for all security briefings and training requirements for the Subai Project in the absence of the Palladium Security Manager.

Assist and help the Palladium Security Manager to manage any emerging crisis and other emergencies including evacuation and medical emergencies primarily as they relate to the Subai project team staff.

Ensure that all staff receive regular and timely security related information and briefing in the absence of the Palladium Security Manager.

Help to facilitate access of all Subai project personnel (both international and national staff) which require security clearances this includes but is not limited to such items as specific Travel No Objection Certificates (NOC); No Objection Certificates (NOC) in order for the Subai project to operate in a specific Province or geographical location; devising and following up with the relevant authorities on all matters related to the issue visas and work permits from relevant national and local authorities and other stakeholders.

Assist the Palladium Security Manager to ensure clear, rapid, and effective communications with PALLADIUM management on general security policy and specific crisis, emergencies or incidents takes place and is fully documented.

Assist the Palladium Security Manager with any necessary site assessments and reviews of any Subai Project offices or co-location sites and any other officially designated location, writing audit/review reports, reviewing findings, and making recommendations to the Subai Team Leader with inputs from the Palladium Security Manager to ensure that the Palladium policies are both reflected and fully adhered to.

Assume other security responsibilities as assigned in liaison with the Subai Finance & Operations Manager as the overall line manager accountable and responsible for the work of the S& LO.

Logistics:

Coordinate and work collaboratively to ensure the efficient organisation of travel, accommodation and security briefings for all Subai Project members, Project staff, consultants, and partners of the project, as per the tailored Subai travel processes and policies.

Assign, manage, and monitor the performance of the Subai designated driver’s tasks. Responsible for the overall management of the x2 Subai Drivers

Oversee and actively manage the maintenance of the vehicle and generators log books and ensure routine maintenance is programmed in to the Subai management systems.

Keep track of the consumption reports for the Subai Project vehicles and generators and report to the Finance & Operations Manager any anomalies or need for adjustment based on the operational requirements of the Project.

Responsible for the event management range of support services.

Event management also includes the preparation of an indicative outline budget for the event based on the work plan shared by the requester. Manage all arrangements (Logistics and Admin Support) for the event in collaboration with the Admin & Procurement Officer as necessary.
