- Managing unboxing plan.

When parts arrive warehouse, managing plan to unbox parts, for instance parts which are carried by air are prioritised to unbox earlier than parts carried by sea; parts needed for hot cases are also prioritised to unbox first

- Following back order parts.

BO parts are parts which are not available in warehouse when Dealers place orders. Follow status of these parts and inform Dealers arrival estimated time weekly.

- Monitoring Vehicle off road parts.

VOR parts are parts which are not available in warehouse and very urgent for hot cases. Contact other departments for supporting and follow strictly to make sure these parts are delivered to Dealers asap.

- Supervising outbound transportation.

Handling problems related to transportation of parts from Ford's warehouse to Dealers. Receiving documents from transporters monthly, check, and proceed to Accounting for payment.

- Know how to use Panda - Ford's system to check status of parts and create manifest for receiving parts.
