- Assist Fuji Xerox (FX) customers with general enquiries (Inbound and Outbound), consumables orders, technical issues and various support/ administrative functions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software related problems efficiently and accurately to maximize device up time and minimize escalation to next levels.
- Correctly identify call type, utilize appreciate system resource (ITSS, Abacus, C-Web) to logging procedures.
- As a first point of contact, promote a unified and professional image of the CSC and Fuji Xerox as a whole.
- Conduct daily activities in accordance with FX's policies, procedures and code of products.
