  • Start-up of the subsidiary in Brazil, developing and implementing all the features and channels of sales, logistics and import processes, ERP, BI, accounting, reporting and creation of technical skills to support the installed base of customers.
  • Brazilian subsidiary began operations in June 1995 starting from scratch, and today has an organization which employs over 40 people, as well as extensive distribution network and net sales over € 10 M.
  • Leadership of the overall operation of business in Brazil and Division of Process Automation, South America.
  • Achievement of net sales of 11.5 million € in 2007 with an average annual growth of 32% in the last 12 years.
  • Conquest of 22% of market-share.
  • Incorporation in 2003 of the Process Automation Division, expanding the opportunities for market.
  • Implementation of the ERP system (Data Sul) with full integration of business management.
  • Implementation of BI, system that allows more comprehensive and accurate management reports.
  • Implementation of the distribution network in more attractive regions, resulting in a 50% increase of net sales through additional sales staff of more than 60 people.

Driving the Industrial Division by sales, project development (including technical support for South America), medium-term planning for the development of the division, in addition to the preparation and implementation of annual P & L.

Major Achievements:

  • Reactivation of the Industrial Division, throughout the national territory with significant growth of market share.
  • Accomplishment of US$ 6 million sales in DCS and gain of one of the largest orders for field instruments (2000 units, single order) of Honeywell in Petrobras refineries.
