As a History and Business student at North Carolina State University, I was introduced to the competitive Business world through the completion of numerous internships. For example, during my internship at French | West | Vaughan, I served as a valuable apprentice to the Chief Marketing Officer, working as an event planner, co-account executive, and PR executive for numerous clients, including Nestea and The Mint Restaurant.
I have procured numerous other internships that have given me a great deal of experience and have thoroughly prepared me perfectly for a full-time position.I have developed leadership skills and “people skills”, both of which I can identify as two of my greatest strengths.

I acquired numerous internships during my college career that have given me great experience in many different fields and prepared me immensely for job market. Advertising, Marketing, and PR are my strongest areas and find that I do my best work when it requires creativity. I have 2 years of work experience in various vocations
-Provided aid to the Division Manager for the Cary, North Carolina office of the Tom James Co.
-Acted as Contact Control using the companies automated system
-Kept track of thousands of clients and all of their information
-Learned countless concepts including direct/indirect referrals, direct marketing, direct selling, cold calling, as well as essential communication skills
-Provided initial public relation services for a nationally renowned start-up website company.
-Sent pitch letters and press releases to numerous media outlets.
-Created extensive Media Lists that incorporated all media outlets that provided the opportunity to secure coverage of the new website
-Worked as an Intern for the Chief Marketing Officer for the Southeast's largest independent public relations, advertising, and marketing firm.
-Acted as an integral part of the agency as a Co-Account Executive and Event Planner for numerous clients.
-Provided input on a fundamental level on many different occasions including RFP, writing press releases, and some design projects.
-Aid clients from across the nation in upgrading their current software to the new software being offered by Yardi.
-Met strict deadlines set by the client and my supervisor on a consistent basis.
-Position required me to connect with clients directly and to build continuing relationships with current customers, which led to high customer retention
