- Organize and plan the company accommodations
- Source any required new facility and properties (finding new facilities)
- Communicate with property and maintenance department for any issues within the building facility.
-Create and Supervise the maintenance program for company accommodations and transportation
- Emphasize and maintain the housing Rules & Regulations
Arrange the accommodation for any new or transferred employees
- Implement and administer policies and procedures.
- Respond to and manage crisis and/or emergency situations.
- Manage and administer all financial responsibilities and obligations for company accommodations and transportation
