Managed the maintenance of rosters for allotment, vacation of limited government quarters to approx 10,000 families (largest in Indian Navy) based on policies and hierarchal matrix, who are dynamically mobile in nature view transfers.

  • Recommended change in policies required to the head quarters for optimal utilization of limited accommodations.
  • Officiated the assignment of 236 shops in the residential area driven by GoI policy guidelines, thereby ensuring discipline and best services to the residents.
  • Undertook quality and safety audits by conducting surprise checks and ensured safe and transparent services to residents by executing measures such as remote CCTV vigilance as well as establishing penal system in place.
  • Improvised transparency in the system by creating information dissemination mechanism such as e-escalation desk and feedback mechanisms
  • Established an e-complaint cell for easy escalation of complaints and defects to the repair agency. This method substantially minimized the pilferage of man hours and inventory.
  • Putting together the aim of complete transparency and enhanced resident satisfaction along with improved standard of living was achieved.

  • Headed and successfully rolled out the Smart Prepaid Cashless Card System along-with the backup and liaison of ICICI Bank
