“Vicki is the consummate professional with exceptional leadership experience. I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Vicki for several years when she produced and managed the annual Parade of Homes for the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. She deftly coordinated this major event which annually attracted 100,000+ visitors and managed a small army of builders, contractors, developers, corporate sponsors, municipalities and a host of other associated partners in promoting this first class event which became a national model. Vicki is extremely organized and detail-oriented, is adept at managing budgets and financial reports, working with teams, and is great at public presentations and in news media interviews. Most importantly, she is delightful to work with and I'm honored to call her a friend.”

“I have known Vicki for over 14 years. During that time, Vicki established herself as a top flight professional in everything she did for the HBA and the industry. Her drive for perfection was only exceeded by her innate ability to adapt and innovate. Vicki's personality is one that draws the best out of people and in an association/corporate setting, this is an invaluable asset when it comes to developing, implementing and bringing a multitude of programs and events to a successful conclusion. Vicki Pelletier is the ideal senior level manager. Her work ethic and loyalty are attributes that make her a logical choice for a position similar to the one she held at the HBA of Metro Denver and even beyond. Over the years I learned to trust, value and respect her insights. She is a leader of the first order in every aspect. Her credentials and skill sets can best be summed up by one word, incredible. In 34 years years of holding the position of CEO for two different HBA's, I can say with confidence that I can't think of anyone that I would recommend more than Vicki Pelletier.”
