  • Strategic contributor to Product Master File SAP and Oracle conversions including implementation of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • With staff of four financial analysts, managed $500M worldwide supply of OEM storage subsystems to meet global sales targets while maintaining minimum inventory levels. 
  • Established US product/feature pricing; authored the US Price Book and Policy Manual for Sales and Service.  Focal point for pricing recommendations and competitive analysis.  Received Recognition Award for this effort.
