Direct operations of USSM Business Intelligence reporting department supporting the home office and field reporting needs for all US strategic brands. Participate in defining strategic direction and driving tactical execution for the department.Managed implementation of enterprise wide Sales and Marketing data warehouse (internalized operations from external vendor resulting in cost savings of $2.5m per yr.Implemented Master Customer Management to integrate internal/external sources of customer data providing a 360 degree view of all customer touch points; Users were able to report on accurate and reliable customer data across the enterprise. Designed and Implemented Business Intelligence system to provide home office and field personnel with access to Rx, sales and field activity data; Also provided access to national prescription and promotional data for market research / competitive intelligence purposes. Migrated the SAS data mart environment with over 100+ users to a new technology platform enabling future growth and deployment of complex applications – data mining, customized territory level forecasts.
