Commercial Strategy & Planning, Etihad Airways
Part of the business intelligence project team leading the development of multiple BI projects to support global and local commercial strategies that provided sales direction thus steering business development opportunities to Etihad and its equity partner airlines. Highlights of achievements include:
- Developing a global sales economic value model to align sales to the drivers of the company revenue budget while within Finance COS limits, contributing to a significant market share benefit from targeted sales distribution channels.
- Providing strong analytical results using multiple data sources (MIDT, PaxIS, etc.) to analyze strategic market opportunities, identify progress of key sales activities and assess performance of top agents; defining areas of competitive advantage or new growth opportunities.
- Driving sales strategy development and working with senior leaders to help identify and address strategic business opportunities, through the deployment of business intelligence reports.
- Design and implementation of an innovative suite of sales dashboards for all levels of the business, enabling accurate reporting at an account level and thus more effective account management.
