·With my position in Marketing at Mackenzie Investments I successfully manage a high volume email blasts to clients with a variety of content and urgency.

·As a marketing specialist my primary responsibility of compiling monthly data of webrates, gross assets, major holdings, exposure and major holding allocations for the production of the most widely sought after marketing piece on the Mackenzie shelf, Mackenzie Express.

·Lead broadcast manager for the implementation and usage of Dreammail (email broadcasting software) and extracting contact data and broadcast messaging Canada wide.  For all messaging including Mackenzie Express, fund mergers/launches, corporate public relation messages etc.

·Lead project manager for “Monthly Perspectives” Portfolio Manager webcasts delivered live to Advisors online.  Successfully transitioned monthly advisor conference calls with fund managers to high impact online format with synchronized slides.  Increased participation rates by 200% to 400% depending on fund manager and topic.

·Assuring the Mackenzie marketing library has the most current marketing materials available by replacing older version with newly updated pieces on the public and advisor sites.

·Clientinsights manager interviews are coordinated and managed by me.  From the setting up of the manager meeting with Dan Richards to the communicating of script and background information to the coordination of the translation of the transcript for French subtitling.

·I am able to provide exceptional quality service to both internal and external clients in a national support environment, responding to incoming advisor emails and fulfilling advisor needs with diplomacy and patience.

·Production of the monthly "Express" publication deemed the most referred to marketing piece available by the Sales Teams and Advisors. Including sourcing data for fund returns, holdings, assets and allocations.  Assuring that the publication was available for Sales teams and Advisors within 14 business days of month end.

·Uploading of marketing collateral unto the corporate website.

·Managing broadcasts to communicate updates of new developments, new products, mutual funds and corporate activities including acquisitions and mergers at Mackenzie to the sales teams and affected Advisors.
