- Monitoring ATM Machine.
- Dispatching call and taking regular feedback from concerned CIT.
- Logging SLM calls with NCR, Wincor, Diebold, Lipi, HCL & its follow-up for updates.
- Escalating to higher levels of escalation till the incident closure.
- Co-ordination with NSMC (NCR Network team) for Connectivity related queries.
- Preparing daily report with proper comment.
- Escalation through mails.
- Call log for TIS issue through mail & sending to concern person & its follow-up for updates.
- Informing & Co-ordination with Branch, Channel Manager & AGM for rectifying problems & follow-up for updates
- Preparing FLM pending list and escalating.
- Partially contributing for the preparation of Monthly report, Atm availability report and Performance report.
- Coordinating with consumables team for stationery issue.
- Providing training to junior team member & capable of handling process in absence of Team Member
- Handling floor operation team in absence of tls.
