Meetings arrangement for directors with vendors, contactors. WORK KNOWLEDGE Management of the complete knowledge of PF, ESIC monthly Challans and return, annual return, all forms etc. Knowledge of factory act(establishment, making of shop act challans, registration etc.) Payroll(salary) processing(calculation of Basic, DA, HRA, PT, OT, allowances & deductions) Legal compliances(Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Factory Act) Admn. of labour welfare KEY I.T. SKILLS Excellent working with Ms Excels, Word, power point, internet & email, Working with government site software's.(EReturn Tools For Epf) & others. Basic knowledge of visual basic.
