Senior Account Manager
·Deputising for the Head of Account Management as required, coordinating workloads within the team and ensuring group project deadlines are met.
·Primary operations lead on iTunes for Europe and Global lead for Nokia.
·Provide direct support on best practice and systems support to 23 territories.
·Gathering needs of territories and represent them to the wider Digital Operations group.
·Driving Account Management projects across own territories and supporting team members with their territories.
·Assess new partners and be the key internal and external contact.
·Provide partner and territory analysis to the business as required.
·Provide process and systems training to regional counterparts as required.
·Accountable for creation of Standard Operating Procedures documentation for Europe.
·Accountable and responsible for Sales Account Coordinator
·Acting as a mentor to other team members
·Successfully managed a team of 6 during absence of Head of Account Management.
·Found innovative and scalable solutions for sales and ops teams across Europe.
·Rollout of new processes and training to support new formats such as iTunes LP.
·Working with regional teams to launch of several Nokia Mp3 stores across European, Latin and Asian regions.
·Inducting and mentoring new team members to encourage development and increase performance.
