Branch Sales Manager
Branch sales manager-CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU Handling a team of 14 in the Sales department. Responsible for maintaining the team spirit through regular meetings and huddles to address the process issues and achieve the maximum sales. Conduct the new-hire training to the sales force. Maximize the sales of the products like CASA, Credit cards, Loans, Broking, TFX and insurance(Li&GI) etc. Develop strategies to counteract the competitor to improve the market share. Provide support for new-product launch through campaigns in the catchment areas. Support on need-basis to achieve the branch target, as and when necessary by engaging third-party resources. Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operation, Sales Team and Customers to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Customer Value.
