• Designed different types of Packers, its accessories tools, Flow Control components belonging to completions and Cementing tools products based on API specs 11D1, 14L, 14A, 6A,  5CT, 5B, 5C3, 10F  governing customer requirements.
• Dispose non-conformities on manufactured parts & approve deviations/ concessions without affecting its design criteria.
  
• Modify existing documents to meet internal and external customer requirements. Perform fundamental engineering tasks within the established Product Development Process adopting DFM guidelines.
• Prepare design calculations for design review. Validate the design, perform tolerance stack up, analyze the test data to confirm with predetermined technical specifications and maintain documentation.
  
• Carry out engineering layouts for fit, form and function checking. Clarify technical insights and perform feasibility layout checks for concessions requested with cost-effective alternates during sales inquiries ,bidding tenders and quotations.
• Prepare procedures for factory testing and product assembly along with its detailed drawings. Validate new design through prototype testing where ever required.
• Co-ordinate with commercial, applications and business unit teams for the time required to complete the projects and priorities the available Engineering Request (ER) projects accordingly.
• Carry out all sort of sustaining activities, perform stress analysis and root cause investigation on field non-conformances.
• Create new or modify existing parts through proper Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and Provide detailed drawings with the knowledge of G,D &T adhering to ASME  Y 14.5 for manufacturing, considering local & global manufacturing feasibilities.

• Hands on experience with JD Edwards, ERP for computing Supply & demand analysis, performing sales & distribution functions and carrying out Inventory control initiatives.
• Managing orders under scrutinized contract review with customer requirements versus available MRP resource, carrying out cost analysis to decide economical route of product.
  
• Involve at weekly production meeting to improve delivery standards for priority / expedited orders and a route for analyzing load capacity for future Quotations.General Knowledge on Cementation & Liner Hanger equipment’s.
• Completely study over the scope of work intended on the daily receiving quote request, check feasibility on manufacturing / sourcing in liaise meeting customer requirements and pick better decision to make / buy.
• Evaluate special Quality requirements and distinct activities like testing and inspection levels to be carried out for different customers like Aramco, ADMA/ZADCO/ADCO, Total, Lukoil and BP. Heads Up on Third party intervention to be witnessed at various levels and finalize the activities for witness during Quality Plan.
• Functioning share point route system with Inter-departments to perform timely task on quote approval, maintains documentation, run reports for order process maneuvers.
  
• Careful pricing with comparison of standard costs considering special process involved on the product realization route. Run-through Target costing philosophy maintaining profit margin.
• Facilitate two to three options attracting customer for orders and stabilize the reputation within the key regions.

• Acquired knowledge on Coal Testing Procedures and Handling Equipment’s like Conveyors, Weigh Feeders, Sensors, Transfer Points, Coal charge car, Screens, Coke Pusher car, Bag Filters, Dry Fog Systems, Coke Cutters, Pumps, compressors & fluid couplings etc.
• Supervision and evaluation of Plant Status Overall  Equipment Efficiency Viz. Quality, Down Time, production parameters for conceptualizing & effective utilization to increase the efficiency of the plant.
• Scheduling Plant Shutdown with the complete study on oven working and idle cycle & implementing 5S to keep plant environment safe for work.
• Handled plant improvement projects to removal coke fine sediments from plant water dam using de-silting pusher blade.
• Carrying out Total Productive maintenance activities and take appropriate measures to increase the Productivity, quality and enhance equipment effectiveness.
  
• Maintaining book of records for each oven cycle and layout SPC charts to find the abnormalities and attack the negatives. Study the root cause and attain point of cause to arrive at alternate solutions.

AT WORK:

• Record manufacture of around 1200 quantities (in a month) of Float equipment’s in Abu Dhabi Manufacturing facility.
• Appointed as a supply-coordinator for MENA region, supporting operations for the year 2012.Increased 95% On Time Delivery for the supply against orders, with a highest of 97%.
• Established a better procedure to provide quote within 3 days (Better Price & Delivery) & Awarded as Team of the Month
• Conducted Waste Audit and suggested action plans to improve the flow in manufacturing.
• Ended Abu Dhabi Manufacturing facility as the top best-in class manufacturing facilities within the global supply chain weatherford for the financial year 2013 and also awarded as the best service team satisfying niche customers.
