Project Summary: The MG COMS project is replacing Multinet’s existing Customer, Outage and Market Systems with a solution that will ensure Multinet can meet their regulatory obligations in a safe, reliable, prudent and efficient manner. 

The project covers the functional scope of meter asset management, connection point management, meter reading management, revenue management and fault management.

Test Environment: SAP ISU Billing and FICA/FICO, COGNOS (BI reporting), HP Quality Centre, Web methods, JAVA, Agile Methodology (Continuous Integration), Outage and Network Management System

Key Responsibilities

  • Project test planning, oversee interdependencies and inter-relationships between systems and processes for testing SAP ISU Billing module

  • Perform functional acceptance testing of  Billing module in integration with Meter data and Finance modules in SAP ISU

  • Perform the end to end testing of Service Orders, Meter data, Network Billing and reconciliation of the contract accounts.

  • Validate Network Billing/Invoicing Specific Rules, Remittance to LNSP and Dispute management
