- Spearheading a team of 100+ employees and 5800 retailers to drive customer kyc program , account opening, merchandising , user experience, communication development, on ground visibility and trade engagement
- Responsible to develop the strategy to appoint Retailers & Distributors of specific profiles for channel network expansion in key districts and other top towns and sales team management.
- Imparting the knowledge to the channel partners regarding the digital wallet payments services and bank account features and benefits.
- Managing and restoring the trust with retailers and deepening their customer relationships to achieve effective and proactive intervention.
- Planning & executing activation programs like In-store demos for daily activating behaviors to increase the active customers for additional earnings for retail outlets and distributors
- Working on consumer promotions and channel engagement scheme for all our Banking correspondence.
