Develops and directs strategies for the company’sBanking Group, including branch banking, operations; specialty lines of business,consumer and mortgage lending, small business banking, cash and treasury management, credit, debit and merchant card services; and DNB ’s Sales and Marketing functions. Directly accountable forthe profitability of assigned lines of business and for driving revenue growth bank wide by implementing strategies and developing synergies between multiple lines of business. Leads bank’s cross sell growth and partnership strategy in a matrix style leadership environment.
Focuses banking team on building long-term, multi-product/service relationships that meet the needs of customers and result in profitable growth in core deposits and high-quality credits. Responsible for the development of the Commercial and Retail banking sales and marketing strategies and holding bank division leaders accountable for reaching key sales and service goals driven by exceptional customer service delivery.
