Project Description:

- Allianz Trending Portal is an application for managing the Allianz US day to-day IT operations. Customer suggested having this portal mobile compatible across multiple platforms. Using Apache Cordova developed the ALIP on Mobile app across iPhone, iPad, android devices to work seamlessly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Created a mobile application for the ALIP on Mobile app across iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrated the Apache Cordova framework on the developed RWD integrated codebases.
- Developed the mobile apps and enable to work seamlessly across iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones/tablets.
- Shown demo of the ALIP on Mobile Project to the Allianz Offshore and Onshore Managers.
- Currently the project is awaiting for the Customer demo and sign off.

Project Description:

- Allianz Intermediary Portal is an application for managing the policy creation and service request handling for the administrators and customers. Customer suggested making this portal, mobile compatible across multiple platforms. In order to make it mobile enabled, a responsive mobile framework (Twitter Bootstrap) has been integrated on this portal.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- In the first phase, the complete analysis and study was done on Oracle ADF and their available ADF components.
- Analyzed on the two best approaches (Responsive/Adaptive Web Designing) for achieving the mobile compatibility for the Oracle ADF application.
- Created code samples using Oracle ADF components and confirmed the mobile compatibility on them.
- Recreation of the Login and Dashboard Page with the shared list of ADF components and integrated the Adaptive/Responsive Web Design approaches on them.
- Identified the impact of the pros and cons among the two approaches (AWD/RWD).
- Shown demo of the first phase of the project to the Allianz Offshore and Onshore Managers and also discussed on mobile enablement on the live Allianz Intermediary Portal for the Login and Dashboard pages.
- Phase 2 was carried out with RWD integration on the live Allianz Intermediary Portal and was shown demo to the Hyderabad Oracle Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzed and derived the best tools (Recommended from Lab) to enable the RWD among many tools available in the market.
- Defined the approach to implement the responsive web design for the Native wrapper (framework perspective).
- Analyzed on the current chart feature on the Allianz portal and supportability of the same at the RWD end.
- Analyzed on the existing JSP (JAVA) application to enable the RWD on the same to reuse codebases.
- Detailed Analysis on Bootstrap framework and integrated the jFreecharts with Bootstrap Framework.
- Developed the Project on integrating Bootstrap framework to enable RWD for the ALIP and Downstream Job Trend Portal.
- ALIP RWD Project Demo has been shown to Allianz Offshore and Onshore Managers.

- Analyzed on the existing application components in the E-Commerce Portal and supportability of the same at the RWD end.
- Analyzed on the existing .NET application to enable the RWD on the same to reuse the code.
- Developed a project on integrating Bootstrap framework to enable RWD for the E-Commerce Portal Dashboard page.
- An internal Demo has been shown to Allianz Offshore Managers.
- Also, an approach to implement the RWD for the other pages in E-Commerce portal is under pipeline.

Project Description:

- Dynamic Questionnaire Generation is an iPad application designed and developed for implementing the multiple reflexive questions dynamically.
- With the input as the Large RuleBook XML, performed the XML parsing and using custom controls displayed the Dynamic Questions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzed the functional documents on the Dynamic Questionnaire Generation implementation provided by Allianz Indonesia Team.
- Studied the XML hierarchy of Offline XML and IF01 Output XML and understood the XML processing steps and prepared the functional documents.
- Analyzed on the iOS XML parsers for processing speed and memory usage and implemented with GDATAXML parser.
- Designed and developed an iPad Application for the Offline Risk Assessment and thereby integrating the code into their ASN toolbox.
- In the first approach, iPad application the XML is parsed using GDATAXML and XML data is stored in an array and the dynamic assessment questions are generated using Custom Controls as per the requirement.
- In the second approach, in the iPad application the parsed XML data is managed by Core Data and the dynamic assessment questions are generated from the Core Data database using Custom Controls.
- Unit testing and functional testing was done on the developed iPad application to ensure the functionality and to track the defects if any.
- Overall the performance and memory management was analyzed using the Instruments and optimized for all the above approaches to meet the quality standards.

Other Achievements At HCL

1. Demo to Senior Management and Client.
- Showcased the Demo of Allianz Specific Applications to the Clients, Senior Management, Sales team and Onshore and Offshore managers periodically.

2. HCL's Good Practices Conference White Paper Submission
- Submitted the papers on Mobile Web Enabling in Oracle ADF Applications and Mobile Web Enabling E-Commerce Portal and ALIP Portal in HCL – GPC 8.
- The submitted two GPC White Papers on Mobile Web Enabling in Oracle ADF Applications and Mobile Web Enabling E-Commerce Portal and ALIP Portal were selected for publication in the HCL’s GPC-8 e-handbook.


3. HCL's Value Creation Ideation
- Submitted the Value Creation Ideas on the HCL's - Value Creation Portal.
- Added two ideas on the Responsive Web Design for ALIP Trending Portal (31544) and Responsive Web Design for Allianz Ecommerce Portal (31545).
- Currently these Value creation ideas are in the Under Enrichment Status awaiting for Client business approvals.


4. HCL's MAD JAM Ideation

- Submitted the MAD ideas on Responsive Web Design in HCL – MAD JAM portal.
- And the Ideation on Angular JS Migration Tool was selected among the Top 15 ideas in SLCOREAPPS across HCL.


5. Trainings and Knowledge Sharing sessions
- Have taken training on HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive Web Designing to the Allianz Delivery team.
