- Handling Distributors in Mahe
- Every month planning & Executing the Primary and Secondary Sales.
- Improving the Primary Sales from the Distributor.
- Maintaining the Minimum Stock level in Distributor’s Godown
- Daily Tracking the Outlet wise Sales according to the Month Target
- Improving the Secondary sales to visiting the outlet (Beat Wise)
- discuss with outlet and distributor for discount & new Schemes
- Verifying the Market complains rectify the Problems.
- Collect the debit note from distributor what are all we committed
- Check the outlets the discount & Schemes would be reach properly
- Daily collected the DSR Report from Outlets and to check the stock availabilities in outlets, if there is no stock we directly approach to put the stocks.
- Daily reporting to Area Sales manager
