- Transaction processing - Handling Orders Transactions - End to End Operations for LAC and Multinational Countries.
- Creation of zero dollar contracts based upon invoice details provided by the customer after sales contracts for customer service.
- Configuring materials to the service levels purchased by the customer.
- Working in customer master data and material master data.
- Logs issues to IT Support or Respective process owner When/if needed
