The curriculum ranged from lectures about neuroscience to dissections to visits to research centers. Filled with homework, projects, personal research, and social events, this institute encompassed the real college experience.

National Youth Leadership Forum: Medicine
I was nominated for this 10 day camp that was focused on medicine and the process of becoming a doctor. The camp was located at University of Illinois Chicago. The forum encompassed all aspects of medicine and gave students exposure to the health field. The curriculum included many hospital visits, shadowing of professionals, live surgery, medical debates, independent area of study, etc.
