Business & Development Manager
- Developing strategic ideas for proposals to make Aegate Italy a company successful and increase revenue. Identify Pharmaceuticals industry openings. Being able to execute expansion tactics and meeting fiscal targets to grow and become successful.
- Acquiring an extensive comprehension of present market trends and developments, networking with clients, conducting presentations of new proposals, negotiating and making deals.
This role revolves around good communication and so whatever my job include:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Providing management with feedback; Writing reports
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
- Proactively develops and improve products and services
- Understands clients' needs
- Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy unctually
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
- Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings.
